About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented, and detail-driven HR Coordinator to support a growing education services team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured but fast-moving environment, has strong communication skills, and can support both administrative HR processes and day-to-day people operations. The HR Coordinator will help maintain a positive employee experience, support onboarding, organize internal documentation, and assist with recruiting, compliance, scheduling, and team communication.
The right person is professional, discreet, proactive, and comfortable supporting a team that works closely with students, families, academic coaches, and internal leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, documentation, internal communication, and offboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, candidate communication, and hiring process logistics.
- Prepare and organize onboarding materials, employee files, contracts, policies, and HR documentation.
- Help ensure new hires have the information, tools, and expectations needed to start successfully.
- Maintain accurate records related to employee information, schedules, availability, PTO, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Support communication between leadership, academic staff, operations, and administrative teams.
- Assist with employee engagement, team updates, reminders, and internal announcements.
- Help coordinate training sessions, performance check-ins, and internal process updates.
- Support scheduling and staffing coordination for tutors, academic coaches, or service-based team members.
- Assist with payroll-related information, timesheets, attendance, and contractor or employee documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, student, family, or business information.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, workflows, and team communication.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and operations as needed.
