About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented, and detail-driven HR Coordinator to support a growing education services team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured but fast-moving environment, has strong communication skills, and can support both administrative HR processes and day-to-day people operations. The HR Coordinator will help maintain a positive employee experience, support onboarding, organize internal documentation, and assist with recruiting, compliance, scheduling, and team communication.

The right person is professional, discreet, proactive, and comfortable supporting a team that works closely with students, families, academic coaches, and internal leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, employee files, or internal HR processes.
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ATS platforms, HR systems, or project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
  • Professional, polished, and people-focused communication style.
