Role Description The SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Analyst will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business and technical requirements, mapping data fields, managing EDI processes, troubleshooting integration issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. The role will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to support continuous improvement, monitor interface performance, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This is a contract role and is fully remote, requiring the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, analyze data, and optimize integration workflows.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting processes, and engaging with stakeholders.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent integration and payroll data issues.
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and tools used in HR and payroll data exchange.
- Proficiency in integration concepts and technologies related to SuccessFactors EC and payroll systems (APIs, middleware, file-based interfaces).
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and payroll modules or third-party payroll solutions.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes, data structures, and relevant compliance considerations.
- Ability to work remotely on a contract basis, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in HRIS or integration analyst roles within enterprise environments is preferred.
