This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter based in the United States.
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in building talent pipelines and supporting hiring efforts across a variety of open positions. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify qualified candidates, manage recruitment processes, and deliver a positive experience throughout the candidate journey. This role combines sourcing strategy, relationship building, organization, and communication to help attract and secure top talent. You will have the opportunity to influence recruitment operations while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to balance independent work with close collaboration. Accountabilities
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications and resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and document relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, requisition data, and recruitment activity records within applicant tracking systems.
- Create and publish job postings across career pages and external recruitment platforms.
- Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate reference checks, pre-employment requirements, and transition activities for new hires.
- Support offer preparation and facilitate effective handoff to onboarding teams.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, provide hiring updates, and maintain visibility into pipeline progress.
- Handle confidential candidate information with professionalism and discretion.

- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment coordination.
- Experience sourcing technical roles preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing techniques, or similar recruiting tools is a plus.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical positions is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Customer-service mindset focused on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

- Competitive salary range of $55,067-$78,491, depending on experience and qualifications.
