A Cryptography company in Paris that builds state-of-the-art encryption solutions for Blockchain and AI is looking for a software support engineer to join their team. They have a headquarters in Paris but they do allow their employees to work on a fully remote basis.

As a support engineer, you would be joining the blockchain team and working alongside cryptographers and engineers with a primary focus on ensuring good service to their customers and partners.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Tracking, prioritizing and offering Technical support on customer queries, and escalating where required.
• Bug fixes and adding new features in the code base.
• Creating and maintaining documentation and establishing a troubleshooting process
• Organize community support for customers and users while keeping them up to date on new development and product launches

For this job they require the following skills:

• Similar experience in an engineering or support type position
• Experience of working in Blockchain
• Experience of writing code in Rust
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
