In 3 months they hit 6 figure ARR, in 9 months we reached multi-7-figure ARR with 5-year average contracts.

Our elite engineering team is made up of engineers from DRW, Optiver, ScaleAI, AWS and Palantir and AI researchers with ICML/ICCV publications from the top labs at Oxford and Cambridge - a lot of our team are former ICPC and math/physics Olympiad competitors.

• Junior: Minimum 1 years of experience.
• Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Competitive, high-agency individuals who thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startups.
• Bonus: Previous founding engineer or CTO experience; familiarity with insurtech workflo
• Proven builders with a track record of tackling complex challenges and scaling systems.

Key Skills:

• Backend Engineers: Expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, vector databases, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Docker, and scaling systems (e.g., 100x growth). Ideally some AI/ML exposure.
• Experience Plus: Familiarity with insurance industry touchpoints is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bar: High-performance culture with a focus on problem-solving, ownership, and proven ability to ship production-grade code quickly.

Work Style:

• In-person, 5 days a week in San Francisco - intense start-up environment 9-9-5 (not 9-9-6)
