The client is an AI-native Identity Governance & Cybersecurity platform backed by Greylock and Battery Ventures ($34M Series B), trusted by industry leaders like Databricks and Figma. With a high-density team of ~60 people (10–12 elite engineers), they are rapidly scaling to double their ARR.

- Experience: 7+ years of Full-Stack engineering (TypeScript background; Go is a plus).
- Track Record: Strong background at top-tier startups, high-growth tech companies, or 0-to-1 early-stage environments (ideally post-FAANG or top tech backgrounds like Okta, Stripe, Notion, Databricks, Uber, etc.).
- Product Sense: You think beyond code—you build with high user empathy and product intuition.
- Stability: Proven tenure (ideally 3–4 years in previous core roles).
- Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (3 days/week in office preferred); open to exceptionally strong remote candidates.
