Job Description
GAVL is a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused exclusively on helping law firms across the United States grow through strategic, results-driven marketing. Our core services include web design & development, SEO, content strategy, cinematic videography, and social media.
We're not a traditional agency—we operate with a startup mindset, move quickly, and care deeply about the results we produce. We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can develop compelling social strategies, grow client brands, and create engaging content that delivers measurable business results.
If you're passionate about social media, enjoy creating content that people actually want to engage with, and love helping brands stand out, we'd love to meet you.
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for law firms across the country. You'll oversee content planning, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, reporting, and campaign optimization across multiple client accounts.
You'll work closely with our content writers, designers, videographers, SEO team, and account managers to ensure every social media strategy aligns with each client's goals and brand voice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You'll be expected to identify trends, generate creative ideas, analyze performance, and continuously improve results across a portfolio of clients.
Applicants must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple law firm clients
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and marketing campaigns

- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, AI tools, and emerging best practices
- Analyze social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools
- Monitor KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, website traffic, leads, and conversions
- Develop recommendations to improve content performance and audience growth
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to amplify blogs, videos, podcasts, and other marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage trending topics while remaining compliant with legal advertising guidelines
- Assist with paid social campaigns by coordinating content and creative assets
- Communicate strategy, progress, and performance clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
- Assist with agency initiatives and cross-functional marketing projects as needed
