Goal
Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of the cBridge product by aligning engineering execution with product and business objectives. Drive technical direction, engineering processes, and cross-functional delivery to ensure predictable, high-quality releases of a scalable and competitive trading platform.
Responsibilities
Technical planning and solution direction
- Clarify and consolidate technical requirements with Product Managers, architects, and stakeholders, translating agreed product priorities into a technically sequenced delivery plan
- Define non-functional requirements for new initiatives, including scalability, reliability, availability, security, observability, and performance
- Prepare high-level technical solution designs, identifying major components, architecture, integrations, technical constraints, and key implementation risks
- Review and validate functional and technical specifications prepared by Business/System Analysts before implementation, providing technical clarification where needed
- Define and maintain quarterly delivery plans aligned with the product roadmap and company objectives
- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle across Business/System Analysis, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams
- Lead sprint planning, release planning, quarterly delivery planning, backlog refinement from a delivery standpoint, and delivery coordination
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, resource planning, and delivery schedules
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
- Ensure releases are delivered on time, within scope, and meet agreed quality standards
- Coordinate release readiness activities across all engineering teams
- Define, document, and continuously improve engineering processes, development workflows, and delivery practices
- Ensure all engineering teams consistently follow established development processes, quality standards, and release procedures
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase delivery speed, quality, and predictability
- Establish, monitor, and improve engineering KPIs and delivery metrics

- Track delivery performance of engineering teams using objective metrics and KPIs
- Monitor individual delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with engineering managers and team leads to improve planning accuracy, execution quality, and delivery efficiency
- Prepare regular delivery status reports, project dashboards, and executive progress updates
- Collaborate closely with engineering managers, architects, Business/System Analysts, developers, QA, DevOps, Product Managers, and business stakeholders
- Align delivery plans and engineering capacity with product priorities set by the product function
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, release readiness, and delivery progress to stakeholders

- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Project Manager, or a similar technical delivery leadership role
- Proven experience managing the complete software development lifecycle across cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, release planning, roadmap planning, and delivery management
- Experience coordinating Business/System Analysis, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams
- Experience preparing high-level technical designs for distributed software systems
- Ability to define non-functional requirements, including scalability, reliability, availability, security, observability, and performance
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, databases, and system integration principles
- Experience reviewing functional and technical specifications before implementation
- Experience defining and improving engineering processes, development workflows, and delivery practices
- Experience tracking engineering performance using KPIs, delivery metrics, and project dashboards
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences
- Experience in Forex/CFD, trading platforms, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable
- English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration
- Practical use of AI tools in daily work, with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
