IDR is seeking a Marketing Campaign Analyst. The role involves supporting the development, execution, measurement, and refinement of multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns. The position combines hands-on work with collaboration among marketing specialists, data scientists, and third-party providers, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI. It requires partnering with teams to develop campaign requirements, create targeted segments, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Position Overview for the Marketing Campaign Analyst:

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and marketing teams to develop campaign requirements.
  • Create targeted segments and models to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns based on data insights.

Requirements for the Marketing Campaign Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or related field.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets, including structured and unstructured data.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI, with at least 3 years of Tableau experience and 1 year of PowerBI.
  • Strong skills in Excel and data visualization.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
