Role Details
- Location: Remote, East Coast hours; must be based in or near Miami, Boston, or New York

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Product Marketing leader with 5–15 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management who can build a PMM function from scratch and operate as a hands-on IC in a high-growth environment.
Key requirements:
- Experience building PMM processes, launch frameworks, and operating cadence from scratch.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product launches and enabling Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Experience leading messaging and positioning across products and geographies.
- Strong ability to develop positioning and messaging for enterprise buyers, including CPOs and CFOs.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth startups is a plus.
- Management consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with a pivot into Product Marketing is a plus.
- Must be comfortable traveling 4–5 times per year.
- Open to Senior Manager, Lead, Director, Senior Director, and Head of Product Marketing profiles.

- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products, features, partnerships, and market expansions across 50+ countries.
- Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with battle cards, pitch decks, competitive intelligence, and other enablement tools.
- Conduct customer interviews and win/loss analysis to develop deep market understanding and influence product strategy.
- Establish KPI frameworks that tie Product Marketing work to measurable business impact.
- Create differentiated messaging by customer segment, industry, region, and buyer persona across 50+ countries.
