- Developing cloud and microservice business solutions on various platforms to meet user needs and business requirements.
- Concepting development, architectural reviews, development, and operations.
- Developing, deploying, and maintaining automotive backend microservices based on Java, JavaScript, or Python, powered by AWS.
- Utilising DevOps principles to create, test, and deploy backend solutions and internal tools using modern cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
- Contributing to technology and architectural decisions.
- Collaborating with your team and other teams on backend and tool development queries.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience.
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a related role.
- Experience with backend development using Java and other technologies such as Node.js, focusing on RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture and integration (Kafka), and testing (JUnit, Mockito, ElasticMQ or similar).
- Knowledge of Cloud environments.
- Experience with mainframe integration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Cloudformation, or CDK.
- Experience in Microservices.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of database design.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
