Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Expertise:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and/or ITSM.
  • Strong knowledge of Case, Incident, and Request management, as well as Service Catalog setup and definition.
  • Practical experience with Portal management and customization.
  • In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including core features (CMDB, shared capabilities).
  • Experience with third-party tool integrations (scripted APIs, Integration Hub).
  • Expertise with Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
  • Familiarity with FSM or ITAM is a plus.
  • Awareness of ServiceNow’s product roadmap.

Professional Skills:

  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Strong grasp of release management and code versioning best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in writing clear, detailed technical specifications, including high-level design and troubleshooting guides.
  • Experienced in testing strategies and execution.
  • Agile methodology expertise, particularly in SCRUM environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Team Player: A key asset to the team, ready to provide support and step in during complex situations.
  • Proactive: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
  • Effective Communicator: Capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Language: Fluent English is required.

Additional Information:

  • Onboarding Date: 01/11/2024
  • As part of the selection process, candidates will undergo a technical assessment.
