Senior Product Manager

YouGile is a project management platform with built-in chats and tools for seamless team communication. We’re a fast-growing, accredited product-focused IT company, doubling in size every year.

Today, we handle over 5 million sessions per month from clients across industries — spanning IT, Telecom, Hi-Tech industries, development, manufacturing, and real estate. We’re the leading platform of our kind for users in the CIS.

Our distributed team spans 7 countries with about 50 product-focused specialists. We prioritize efficiency over red tape and avoid micromanagement so everyone can focus on what they do best.

We’re building a new cross-functional team to develop features for mid-sized clients and large enterprises, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge.

What you’ll do:

• Gather and analyze insights to identify client needs and shape concepts and hypotheses for new features;
• Conduct user research, run interviews, and engage with clients — turning this input into clear, actionable requirements for the development team;
• Drive the product development process, collaborating with top management, developers, analysts, and designers;
• Analyze product usage metrics, draw conclusions, and drive changes to improve the product;
• Oversee development milestones, review progress, and provide feedback.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for a large-scale product with a solid market presence;
• A track record of successfully shaping products based on real user needs and market demands;
• A data-driven mindset, ready to test and refine a large number of hypotheses;
• Passion for growth hacking and a drive to find creative solutions that boost user acquisition;
• Familiarity with Lean principles — short iterations, fast feedback loops, minimal bureaucracy, and quick decision-making;
• Autonomous and accountable — you thrive on having the freedom to make decisions and the responsibility to own their outcomes;
• You have a deep understanding of what it means to be a product leader and a relentless drive to build the best product in the world.
