Remote Job - Base Salary

• $600 to $750/month USD based on experience
• 100% work from home

Position Overview:

We are a dynamic and growing digital marketing agency based in Toronto. We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Designer & Video Editor & Customer Support. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of a forward-thinking company.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both web design principles and video editing techniques. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, artistic vision, and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design:

• Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity on platforms like Wix, Duda, Squarespace
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure websites are optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Manage and implement day to day client requests for website edits and design changes.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms (website, social media, marketing campaigns).
• Utilize video editing software to create compelling visual narratives.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animation, and sound effects to enhance videos.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all video content.

SEO

• Optimize the website with best practices of SEO, including text & image formatting.
• Implementing & testing conversion tracking on GA4, CallRail and other platforms
• Managing Google My Business Profile

Customer Support

• Perform onboarding calls & collect assist
• Lead design review calls to present drafts and take client feedback
• Receive incoming calls & book appointments

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in web design.
• 2+ years of experience in video editing.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Duda, Squarespace, etc.).
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of both web design and video editing.
