Game Producer

This is a full-time role as a Game Producer at TechTales, Dubai. As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of game development projects. This includes overseeing the communication among team members, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality games.

Main Responsibilities

• Build and lead Game Designer team
• Planning and detailing the scenario, rules, flow, props, assets, and play modes for all games.
• Adjust the game design specifications to reflect developments as the project progresses.
• Lead on the game's user experience (UX) design.

Must-Have Skills And Experience

• 5+ years leading a GD team as Game Producer.
• 5+ years of Game Designer experience in online casino games, preferably portfolio of sample slot games.
• Knowledge or experience in UX, RTP
• Understand the operation mechanism of game engine, and animation.
• Understand different hardware platforms available for games.
• Mathematical and analytical understanding.
• Experience or knowledge of balancing games.
• English communication skills, both verbal and written, to put your ideas across to other members of the team.
• Team working skills and the ability to collaborate with others to finish game orders.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good product mindset.
• Resistant to high pressure at work.
