Creative Project Manager

Who We Are:

Feazer (www.feazer.com) is an on-demand design services studio for businesses.

We support marketing/digital/communication Teams and agencies to create all of their graphics: digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design.

We are currently experiencing strong growth as a result we seek to hire a Creative Project Manager to be responsible for the French market.

The selected candidate will actively take part in shaping our business and growing with us, leading a team and handling projects for our French clients.

Your Mission

You will have two key missions:

1. Manage a client portfolio:
2. Analyse and verify the completeness and relevance of client briefs
3. Identify project risks and prepare/implement mitigation plans
4. Manage the client relationship
5. Guide a team of designers:
6. Provide guidance to the designers to ensure the relevant art direction
7. Carry out the quality control of the designers outputs
8. Coordinate projects
9. Ensure that the designers grow their skills set

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication/marketing from a reputable school/university
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Creative Project Manager
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma

• Ability to lead and guide a team of designers
• Client relationship

Position available as soon as possible.

Permanent contract (CDI only).
