This job is a dispatch role. It involves different skillsets and duties depending on experience and any given project’s needs! The roles are as follows:

Entry Level — On site maintenance and help desk; operations support

Operations — Infrastructure operations; environment construction; small-scale management

Construction — Infrastructure design and construction; mid-scale management; consulting assistance

Specialist — IT Infrastructure Specialist; IT Consultant; Company Management

Here’s what they’re ideally looking for! 👈

• Six or more months of experience working as an engineer in any capacity in the IT realm
• Business Level Japanese (N2+)

Here are the skills and experiences that would be great to have! 👌

• CCNA, LPIC, or CompTIA Certifications
• Experience in building cloud infrastructure such as AWS/GCP or in building on-premise infrastructure
• Experience in designing server management systems
