Your Responsibilities
- Promote Excellence: Represent the company by promoting its products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, ensuring trust and rapport.
- Drive Conversions: Convert high-quality leads into long-term customers, maximizing sales opportunities and increasing future sales potential.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Provide top-notch service to clients at all times, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle Objections: Use confident and persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and close sales.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the financial markets to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Exceed Goals: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, motivated by performance metrics and results.
- Adapt and Thrive: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-evolving sales environment.
- Language Skills: German C2 fluency (oral and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in phone-based sales, preferably in a conversion-focused role or similar industry.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and build rapport.
- Target-Driven: Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Problem-Solver: Great objection-handling and persuasive skills to close deals effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer use, including basic software and CRM systems.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- Numerical Skills: Strong management and basic mathematics skills for effective sales tracking and reporting.
