Voice Network Engineer

Role: UC Engineer / Network Telecommunication Engineer / Network Voice Engineer

Type: 100% Remote

Must have:

Strong skills in video collaboration technologies such as MS Teams, Cisco Expressway, Webex, Zoom, and Voice Recording capabilities is required.

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Certification (Teams Administrator/Teams Voice Engineer)
• Ideally CCIE Collaboration, however CCNP Collaboration will be considered
• Experience with Cisco TAC support (raising cases, escalating)
• Experience with Microsoft Support (raising cases, escalating)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams
• Advanced knowledge of Direct Routing solution for Microsoft Teams
• Advanced knowledge of Session Border Controllers (Cisco Cube/Audiocodes) and SIP Trunking
• M365 and Modern Workplace technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco Call Manager & Cisco Jabber , Meeting Server , Expressway/VCS, Endpoints, WebEx
• Advanced knowledge of IPTV Streaming/Multicasting
• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting tools (WireShark etc)
• Knowledge of Networking technologies (Switches, Routers, F5 load balancers, DNS, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, QoS)
