As the Golang Developer, you’ll play a key role in building, scaling, and evolving their product.

• Develop and maintain key features that align with their strategic product roadmap.
• Define key engineering and product metrics to ensure impactful solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers within the team.
• Drive best practices and contribute to the technical decision-making process.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of their systems as they grow.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and refine innovative solutions.

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Golang & PostgreSQL (main language for at least the last 2 years).
• Experience with AWS infrastructure (Terraform is a plus).
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in fast-paced (or start-up) environments.
• A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and iterative improvements.
