We are seeking a skilled NetApp Technical Administrator to provide proactive and preventive support on NetApp systems. This is a fully remote role based in Poland or other Eastern European countries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuity of NetApp systems at customer sites and in the cloud.
• Execute central deployment services and report monthly to customers.
• Handle system alerts, support tickets, and customer requests.
• Serve as the technical advisor for customers and collaborate with internal teams and NetApp support.
• Stay updated on industry and NetApp technology trends to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Degree in ICT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data storage or managed services.
• Knowledge of NetApp products and data management solutions (or willingness to learn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English.
