What You’ll Do

Own Security Project Execution

• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex security projects—from bidding to deployment—ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Negotiate contracts, manage procurement, and ensure we have the best security solutions in place.
  
  

Team & Resource Leadership

• Work hand-in-hand with project managers and internal teams to forecast needs, allocate resources, and keep everything running smoothly.

Drive Process Improvement & Compliance

• Implement rigorous project review systems to meet industry regulations and client expectations.

Ideal Profile

What We’re Looking For

• Five or more years of experience in security operations, electronic security, or a related field in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale security projects with Fortune 500 and high-profile clients.
• Strong technical expertise in current electronic security systems, products, and technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to engage with C-level executives, government officials, and internal teams with confidence.
• Detail-oriented and strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and can problem-solve quickly.
