The Job

We are looking for a part-time IT Specialist to join our small but mighty team!

The role is fully remote Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am-5pm. (someone able to visit customers and/or work together in a group once in a while, is an asset).

Qualifications

Above all else we are looking for someone resourceful with a proven ability to learn - who is friendly and helpful.

• 3-5 years experience in IT
• Advanced knowledge Mac/Windows OS
• Advanced knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of SaaS apps (Slack, Atlassian, Twingate, 1password etc)
• On/Off boarding procedures and workflows
• Ticketing systems & support
