The impact you’ll make:
Product Strategy & Development
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with business objectives
- Translate high-level product vision into detailed requirements and specifications
- Lead the creation and prioritization of user stories in collaboration with the senior product team
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including PRDs and feature specifications
- Ensure products meet quality standards through thorough testing and validation
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Coordinators, providing guidance and direction
- Establish efficient workflows and processes for the coordination team
- Set clear expectations and metrics for team performance
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Serve as the liaison between product, engineering, design, and business teams
- Facilitate productive communication and collaboration across departments
- Present product updates and gather feedback from internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with alpha testers and early users to gather valuable insights
- Articulate product value propositions to various stakeholders
- Monitor key product metrics and KPIs using data analytics tools
- Identify areas for improvement based on user feedback and performance data
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Recommend product enhancements that drive user adoption and satisfaction
- Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or related fields
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and methodologies
- Experience with project management and product tools (e.g., Shortcut, Notion, Figma)
- An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Familiarity with AI technologies and trends
- Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Translating complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements
- Balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Building consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Leading teams with empathy and effectiveness
- Prioritizing competing demands in fast-paced environments
- Identifying user pain points and creative solutions
