IT & Digital Solutions Specialist

Role Overview:
We are hiring a versatile professional to handle daily network and IT system support, while also being responsible for the development and maintenance of our web and mobile platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of tasks—from infrastructure and security to front-end development and digital enhancements.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily IT and network support for remote teams (VPNs, firewalls, access management, troubleshooting, etc.)

Ensure network security and system reliability

Develop, update, and maintain the company website

Lead the development and maintenance of our mobile application (iOS/Android)

Assist with CRM and ERP integrations and system workflows

Provide occasional support for social media and digital tools

Coordinate with external service providers or agencies when required

Document IT procedures, tech configurations, and maintenance plans



Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in network administration and IT support

Hands-on experience with web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, WordPress or similar CMS)

Strong knowledge of mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter)

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Understanding of CRM/ERP systems and their integrations

Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting


Nice to Have (Bonus):

Experience with social media tools or digital marketing platforms

Exposure to agri-trading, logistics, or sustainability industries
