• Junior, Mid-level, and Senior profiles

Are you passionate about building smart, scalable contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage?

We’re currently partnering with top-tier clients in Europe and are expanding our network of Genesys Developers for exciting upcoming projects!

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage
• Strong knowledge of call routing, IVR flows, Architect, and scripting
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and automation
• Development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or .NET is a big plus

✅ Nice to have:

• Genesys Certifications
• Experience with WEM (Workforce Engagement Management)
• Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
• English fluency (German is a bonus!)
