What You'll Be Doing:
- WordPress & Elementor Pro Development: Build and maintain websites using WordPress with advanced proficiency in Elementor Pro
- AI-Assisted Development: Utilize AI tools integrated with Elementor Pro and platforms like ChatGPT to accelerate tasks such as layout creation and basic copywriting
- On-Page & Basic Technical SEO: Implement on-page SEO best practices and basic technical SEO elements (speed optimization, site structure, tags) and manage plugins like RankMath
- Task Management: Utilize ClickUp (or similar tools) for efficient project management and communication
- Independent Development: Work autonomously based on provided wireframes, briefs, or design mockups
- Multilingual Implementation: Implement multi-regional websites using subdirectories and correct hreflang implementation
- Technical SEO Management: Manage 301 redirects, technical SEO elements, Google Search Console, language-specific sitemaps, and RankMath configuration
- Modular Design Adaptation: Adapt predefined sitemaps and modular structures within Elementor
- Multilingual Content Management: Manage multilingual content efficiently without website duplication
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain strong documentation, organization, and communication, especially with marketing teams
- SEO Migrations: Participate in website redesigns or SEO migrations with a focus on preserving search rankings
- Advanced proficiency in WordPress + Elementor Pro (4+ years experience)
- Regular use of AI tools within Elementor Pro and ChatGPT for task acceleration
- Solid knowledge of on-page SEO and basic technical SEO (speed, structure, tags, RankMath)
- Experience using ClickUp or other task management tools
- Ability to work independently based on provided guidelines
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience in multi-regional projects with subdirectory and hreflang implementation
- Knowledge of 301 redirects, technical SEO, GSC, language sitemaps, RankMath configuration
- Experience adapting predefined sitemaps and modular structures in Elementor
- Ability to manage multilingual content without duplication
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with redesigns or SEO migrations
- Agile, solution-oriented, possess good judgment, work well in a team, and are used to organized processes
- Speed without compromising quality, clean website configuration, proactivity, good communication, commitment to deadlines, and adaptability
- Full-time: ~40 hours/week(first month part-time)
- Fully remote position

- Starting salary: $1000+ (flexible depending on experience and background)
