Long-Form Content Editor (BIL)

We're looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our creative team and produce top-tier video content for our internal brands. This role involves handling roughly 12 internal accounts monthly, ensuring all client-facing video content is polished, engaging, and high-performing across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and refine long-form and short-form, high-performing video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

• Handle all video revisions, translating client feedback into actionable change, and execute high-end visual effects (including green screen edits).
• Work under tight turnaround times and deadlines monthly.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere and After Effects for animation, cutouts, and advanced effects.
• Collaborate with a full team including graphic designers, account managers, content writers, and other creatives to maintain high-quality standards.
• Templates, AI, and other tools are leveraged to increase productivity and quality. Video editors
• are encouraged to investigate and recommend ways to improve processes.

• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of end-to-end production workflows.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience editing short-form, high-performing video content for social media.
• Animation skills are a huge plus!
• Strong understanding of visual effects, sound mixing, and high-quality editing for both short and long-form content.
• Ability to meet deadlines, accept revisions, and communicate effectively with the team.

System and Work Setup Requirements:

• A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
• Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
• Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
• A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
