Salary: 30,000 – 70,000 TRY per month (depending on experience), indexed to the Canadian dollar to protect against currency fluctuations.

Full-time mission: Create high-end animated menu designs for Restaurants TV screens.

100% remote position, with flexible working hours.

We are a rapidly growing team passionate about creativity, technology, and excellence. We are currently looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our remote team and lead the creation of animated digital menus and branding assets for restaurants.

• Design fully custom, ANIMATED menu designs for restaurants TV screens (no templates or Canva designs).
• Create assets optimized for TV screens and digital signage in ultra HD.
• Apply animation principles to create smooth, visually engaging motion graphics.
• Lead the branding, logo design, and visual identity creation of restaurants.
• Ensure design consistency across all deliverables.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver high-quality results on time.

• Strong experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create original, custom designs (no pre-made assets or templates).
• A strong portfolio with animated designs and branding work.
• Good organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to respond to emergencies during Canadian business hours, even if working from a different time zone.

• Experience designing for the food, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Familiarity with UI/UX or Webflow is a plus.
• Skills in illustration, iconography, or video editing.
• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with brand guidelines and creating complete brand kits.
