Workday HRIS Analyst


Rate: $50 - $55 w-2 | Remote


Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Workday HRIS Analyst to work on a 6–12 month+ contract with potential for permanent conversion. The contract phase is fully remote. If converted to a full-time role, the position will require onsite work 3–4 days per week at one of the client’s offices in Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ, or Omaha, NE. While conversion is not required, candidates who are local to these areas or open to relocation will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

  • Workday configuration, VNDLY integration, and HRIS enhancements across HR functions.
  • Provide enterprise-level support and leadership across Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, and HR modules.
  • Drive adoption of Workday features and ensure full lifecycle implementation.
  • Support and mentor junior team members across HRIS projects.
  • Create and maintain advanced reports, BIRT, and Composite reports.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday Functional experience in HRIS with hands-on configuration experience with as many of the following modules as possible: HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, and Time Entry
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments and present technical concepts clearly.


Preferred skills:

  • VNDLY experience is preferred
  • Workday Pro Certification
  • Experience with MSP environments


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
