A high-growth trading firm seeks an experienced Operations Engineer to maintain and scale their critical trading infrastructure. You'll ensure 24/7 system reliability, automate operations, and support our high-frequency trading platform.

The role:

• Maintain production Linux systems and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Handle incident response and on-call responsibilities for trading systems
• Build Python automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Configure monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
• Deploy infrastructure using Terraform and configuration management

Requirements:

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong Linux administration and AWS experience
• Python scripting for automation and tooling
• Production support experience with incident response
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

Ideal background:

• Fintech, trading, or high-uptime critical systems
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
• CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows
• Previous SRE or Platform Engineer roles
