Profile Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or systems engineering.
- Strong background in troubleshooting complex technical issues across Windows, cloud, and mobile platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze logs, understand system architecture, and resolve problems independently without relying solely on documentation.
- Experience designing, securing, and maintaining IT systems, including implementing integrations and automation.
- Knowledge of infrastructure security, system configuration, and overall system functionality.
- Ability to produce both technical and user-facing documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualization, networking, and endpoint management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to IT incidents, service requests, and technical issues across Windows, cloud, and mobile platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems, analyze system logs, and provide solutions with minimal supervision.
- Design, configure, and maintain secure IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and cloud resources.
- Implement automation, integrations, and system improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Produce clear technical documentation for both IT staff and end-users.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability, identifying risks and implementing preventative measures.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades, and migrations.
- Provide guidance and support to users, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of system changes, configurations, and incidents in IT management tools.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, security practices, and industry standards.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management frameworks.
- Familiarity with endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and cloud security best practices.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or similar.
