About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees, resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance, security, and integrity; conduct regular backups and updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation including user guides and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to advise on potential improvements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and applications.
- Device management (Mosyle Fuse, Jamf Pro, Google MDM) for laptops (Macs) and mobile devices.
- Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Access management to our SaaS tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, Figma, etc).
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Own the IT part of the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are advantageous.
- Willing to work US hours from Monday to Friday.
