About Textellent

Textellent is a growing B2B SaaS company helping businesses improve customer communication, engagement, and operational efficiency. We offer a 14-day free trial experience, and we believe the trial period should deliver real value and convert to long-term customers.

Right now, we are looking for a Trial Success Specialist to own the entire free-trial journey and significantly improve conversion from trial users into long-term paid customers.


The Opportunity

Our free trial is one of our biggest growth levers.

This role is responsible for ensuring every trial user:

  • gets activated quickly
  • receives proactive onboarding support
  • understands the product’s value
  • converts into a paying subscriber


What You’ll Do

As Trial Success Specialist, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end trial experience from signup through conversion
  • Reach out to every new trial user within the first hours
  • Drive onboarding call scheduling and completion
  • Monitor trial engagement and identify at-risk accounts
  • Provide personalized guidance, walkthroughs, and resources
  • Run trial check-ins
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Customer Success
  • Ask for the upgrade at the right moment and close conversions
  • Track and improve key funnel metrics in HubSpot


Key Success Metrics

You will be measured on:

  • Customers you onboard to paid accounts
  • % of trials completing onboarding
  • Trial engagement and activation
  • Responsiveness and follow-up speed


Who You Are

You are proactive, organized, and comfortable owning revenue outcomes.

You have experience in:

  • SaaS onboarding, customer success, or sales-assist roles
  • Converting trial users into paying customers
  • CRM workflows (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong communication and consultative conversations
  • A structured, process-driven approach to follow-up
