Your Role
As our Data Engineer, you’ll design, build, and optimize data pipelines that empower decision-making across the company. Working closely with our data architect and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure our data infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and built for advanced analytics. Your work will directly support how Bugatti Rimac turns data into performance — both on the road and across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines using SQL Server and Microsoft technologies
- Develop and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data processing and analytics
- Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Monitor and enhance data quality, implementing validation and performance improvements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate data requirements into scalable solutions
- Maintain clear documentation for data processes, architecture, and reporting solutions
- Support continuous improvement of data warehouse structures and reporting workflows
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, etc.)
- Proven experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems (ideally Infor or SAP)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Synapse, Data Lake) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar data transformation tools is an advantage
- Experience in an Agile development environment preferred
