We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, music-focused growth marketing agency that partners with some of the most admired music businesses, artists, and music tech companies globally.

This is a fully remote role, offering the chance to lead client projects, mentor a small team, and drive measurable growth for innovative music tech clients.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a small marketing team while supporting the Head of Growth
• Manage client campaigns end-to-end and drive measurable business growth
• Plan and run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-performing assets
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise using data and A/B testing
• Oversee tracking, conversion pixels, and eCommerce/CRM integrations
• Act as a strategic partner for clients, delivering clear insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with trends and propose new growth opportunities

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing or growth marketing (agency or in-house)
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing team members
• Proven track record running and scaling paid media campaigns profitably
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, CRM, and optimisation
• Experience managing six-figure budgets and interpreting analytics to inform strategy
• Understanding of eCommerce, subscription, or app-based business models
• Passion for music, culture, and innovation in the music tech space
