Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer

Paradigm Group of Companies is seeking a design-focused Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Manager and leadership team with recurring marketing production and brand execution.

This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design fundamentals, an eye for brand consistency, and experience producing high-quality digital advertising and sales collateral. You’ll be responsible for creating professional marketing deliverables that represent multiple business divisions while maintaining one consistent Paradigm identity across Western Canada.

Advertising & Sponsored Ads – Core Priority

• Create digital ads and campaign visuals


• Prepare sponsored / boosted ads for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels

• Maintain advertising schedules and confirmations that promotions are active

Brochures, Flyers & Sales Collateral

• Build reusable templates for recurring use

Real Estate Marketing Support

• Create visual packages for homes we build


• Upload our homes for sale at stokedliving to MLS


• Prepare graphics for homeowners, developers, and sales outreach

Promotional Marketing Materials

• Produce visuals for promotion of events such as:
  
  
  
  • open houses
  
  
  • job fairs
  
  
  • golf tournaments / BBQ promotions 
  
  

(visual promotion only — no event planning or coordination)

Required:

• Diploma, degree, or portfolio in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Visual Communications


• Portfolio required (design + advertising examples preferred)


• Eligible to work in Canada


• 1–3 years experience preferred


• Advanced proficiency in:


• Adobe Illustrator


• Adobe Photoshop


• Canva


• Excellent graphic design fundamentals:


• typography


• layout & hierarchy


• colour theory & consistency


• Experience producing social media and sponsored ad creative


• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management


• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus Assets:

• Construction or real estate marketing experience


• Experience setting up or coordinating Meta/digital ad campaigns


• Familiarity with brand systems and template creation
