We're looking for Greenhouse's next People Experience Specialist to join our team!

The People Experience function serves a critical role in the overall engagement, recognition, retention, and connectivity in a fully remote culture. This role is essential for continuing key employee experience programs and initiatives, such as the Bonusly global recognition program, end-of-year gifting, and supporting local in-person gatherings.

What You'll Do


  • Lead our onboarding program in close partnership with People Operations, serving as the primary face of the program for new hires and facilitating onboarding sessions.
  • Bring to life our company values and build corresponding initiatives that inspire employees.
  • Leverage employee survey data to build programs that create meaningful connections in our remote-first workplace.
  • Maintain and enhance recognition programs to reinforce high performance, employee engagement and motivation.
  • Coordinate operations in our corresponding tools and communication channels , such as end of year gifts, employee swag store, and the anniversary Slack channel.
  • Own the administration and reporting of our People Experience technology platforms.
  • Track budgets for our location-based hub volunteers to ensure impactful in-person gatherings.
  • Manage vendor relationships and execute the procurement process for contracts and billing.
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require


You should have


  • 5+ years of experience in a People & Culture role.
  • Proven experience in project and stakeholder management across teams and levels.
  • Proactive self-starter, capable of driving initiatives independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.

The national pay range for this role is $70,000 - $82,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).

The anticipated closing date for this role is January 30th, 2026.
