Good Things Marketing is looking for a skilled SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team in 2026. This is a remote role focused on managing performance marketing and SEO strategy across a range of client industries.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO strategy development
- Implement on-page SEO improvements and provide clear recommendations
- Explain performance reports and explain results simply and clearly
- Work with our design and strategy teams to brief creatives and landing pages
- Maintain structured documentation and campaign tracking
- Stay up to date with current trends and platform updates
What You Need to Have
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and/or Paid Ads management
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Specialist and Google Analytics
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actions
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with structured communication
- Experience managing multiple clients at once (agency experience is a bonus)
- Reliable, organised and detail-oriented
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in remarketing, funnel strategy or conversion optimisation
- Knowledge of WordPress or Elementor
- Basic Canva or design understanding to support creative needs
