About The Role

Shift is seeking a Content & Social Media Marketer who can own our organic marketing engine.

This role blends content creation, email marketing, social media management, and events logistics.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping Shift’s brand presence and supporting campaigns that generate engagement, awareness, and inbound interest.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead production of SEO-driven content: blogs, gated assets, research pieces, and sponsored content.
  • Manage the full social media content lifecycle: drafting, scheduling, engagement, and performance measurement.
  • Build and manage email marketing: newsletters, nurture journeys, automated flows, segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • Support event logistics for 3–4 key events per year (vendors, hotels, printing, swag, coordination).
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to align messaging with paid campaigns.
  • Rebuild email marketing foundations—audits, segmentation fixes, new journeys, template improvements.
  • Apply AI tools for content drafting, optimization, and research.
  • Ensure flawless attention to detail across public-facing materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong B2B marketing experience (required).
  • Hands-on experience writing content, managing social channels, and producing email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO, keyword strategy, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with CRM and email platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Excellent grammar, writing clarity, and editorial sensibility.
  • Production mindset—able to deliver clean, accurate work consistently.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Figma or other design tools.
  • Experience in event coordination.
  • Familiarity with landing page tools or light design editing
