About The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can own our digital lead generation engine end-to-end. This role sits within Shift’s small, high-energy marketing team and is responsible for building predictable inbound demand through paid media, funnel optimization, automation, and analytics. You’ll partner closely with sales, content, and leadership to connect marketing performance directly to business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own Shift’s paid acquisition channels across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing budgets, targeting, and creative.
- Build and improve full-funnel performance: ad → landing page → form → CRM → email → sales.
- Manage and refine automation systems using Zapier and CRM workflows (Zoho; experience with HubSpot/Salesforce is transferable).
- Maintain marketing and attribution dashboards, tracking channel performance, CAC, conversion quality, and funnel velocity.
- Improve lead scoring, audience segmentation, retargeting, and nurturing flows.
- Collaborate with the Content & Social Media Marketer to ensure assets support conversion goals.
- Partner with Sales to ensure clean CRM hygiene, lead labeling, and better downstream lead progression.
- Contribute to quarterly marketing planning and new campaign ideation.
- Apply AI tools creatively for research, segmentation, analysis, and efficiency.

- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience—B2B is a hard requirement.
- Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with funnel metrics, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with landing page builders such as Unbounce or Instapage.
- Ability to design and manage automation logic using Zapier or similar tools.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
