We are looking for a Social Media Creative Manager who is a master storyteller, a visionary concept creator, and an AI-power user. You won't just be "making posts"—you will be architecting the visual identity and narrative strategy for some of the most prominent personal injury lawyers in the country.
As the Social Media Creative Manager, you are the bridge between a raw idea and a viral video. You will own the creative lifecycle: from the initial "hook" and scriptwriting to directing videographers and collaborating with editors to ensure the final product hits the mark.
You must be obsessed with what makes people stop scrolling. You understand that personal injury law content can—and should—be compelling, educational, and high-energy.
- Creative Concepting: Develop original, engaging social media video concepts (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored to the personal injury legal space.
- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Write punchy, high-conversion scripts and define the visual scenes/storyboards for every production.
- AI Video Integration: Leverage leading-edge AI tools to enhance video quality, generate b-roll, or create entirely new visual concepts.
- Production Direction: Work directly with our videographers and editors to provide creative direction, ensuring the pacing, music, and visual style align with the RR Digital standard.
- Trend Synthesis: Constantly monitor social trends and figure out how to translate them into the professional (but approachable) world of legal marketing.
- Performance Iteration: Analyze video performance data to refine future scripts and concepts for maximum engagement and lead generation.
- The Creative "Eye": A proven track record of creating short-form video content that captures attention and drives action.
- Elite Scripting: Ability to take complex legal topics and turn them into 30-60 second scripts that are easy to digest and share.
- AI Proficiency: You must be well-versed in the current AI landscape. We don't just use AI; we lead with it.
- Higgsfield.ai experience is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Midjourney, Runway, Luma, or ElevenLabs is expected.
- Collaborative Spirit: You can articulate a vision to a videographer and give constructive, precise feedback to an editor.
- Legal Industry Interest: You don't need a law degree, but you must be willing to dive deep into the world of personal injury law to understand what resonates with potential clients.
