SQL Data Analyst
- Key Focus - Segmentation, Audience Research, and Campaign Analysis.
- Remote (U.S. Based).
- Clients are based in San Francisco & New York - These locations would be highly desirable.
- Salary: $90,000–$115,000 + Benefits

This organisation partners with enterprise and mid-market clients to help them make smarter, data-driven decisions across marketing, customer engagement, and commercial strategy.
As part of continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in segmentation, audience research, and campaign analysis, supporting clients with actionable insights that directly influence business outcomes.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in turning complex data into meaningful insights that inform strategy, optimise campaigns, and improve customer understanding. Working closely with consultants, marketers, and client stakeholders, you’ll analyse performance, uncover trends, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
You’ll support a range of client engagements across industries, conducting customer segmentation, audience analysis, and campaign performance evaluation across digital and offline channels. The role involves translating complex findings for non-technical audiences and presenting insights to internal teams and clients in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
About You
You are an analytical, commercially minded Data Analyst with a passion for turning data into insight. You enjoy working in fast-paced consulting-style environments and are comfortable balancing multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of output.
Ideal Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytics role.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Strong experience in segmentation, audience research, and campaign analysis.
- Experience working with marketing, customer, or commercial datasets.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
