Customer Engineer - AI Data Solutions

As a Customer Engineer, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot data-related challenges, and ensure smooth project execution. This role requires the ability to work independently, proactively resolve issues, and collaborate with remote teams. While remote work is available, an office option is also provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical point of contact for internal and external customers, assisting with integration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure the successful execution of AI data projects.
• Write, debug, and optimize Python scripts to support data processing workflows.
• Work with large datasets and annotation tools to facilitate AI and machine learning projects.
• Document technical processes, solutions, and customer feedback to improve workflows.
• Assist in testing and validating AI model outputs to maintain data quality.

Must- have Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a technical, customer-facing, data engineering, or support engineering role
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, or scripting.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to work adjusted hours when necessary to support teams based in India.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bonus Points For:
• Experience with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data annotation tools.
• Previous remote experience.
