We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to help ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role suits early-career professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, supporting users, and improving technical environments—while working fully remotely.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal users via chat, email, and video
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and access management
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, processes, and knowledge bases
  • Monitor systems and escalate issues when needed
  • Support IT asset management and inventory tracking
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve IT workflows

Junior-Level (0–2 years):
