We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to help ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role suits early-career professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, supporting users, and improving technical environments—while working fully remotely.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to internal users via chat, email, and video
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and access management
- Maintain and update IT documentation, processes, and knowledge bases
- Monitor systems and escalate issues when needed
- Support IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve IT workflows
Junior-Level (0–2 years):
- Experience from internships, academic IT roles, or early professional positions
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice)
- Understanding of networks, VPNs, endpoints, and standard IT tools
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote environment

- Fluent in English
