What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Troubleshoot system issues with users and IT, including data problems and system configuration
• Utilize database tools to analyze large data sets and identify issues for the company
• Document business requirements and create functional specification documents
• Collaborate with developers to translate functional specs into technical specifications
• Manage data maintenance in SAP as needed and create test cases for system enhancements
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3 - 5 years of SAP analyst experience required
• Experience with SAP MM/PP/PS is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate conclusions from data
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into system solutions
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Understanding of ABAP code is a plus
• Experience with advanced Excel/Access macros writing
• Proficiency in advanced SQL query writing is a plus
• Experience in the book publishing industry is a big plus
