Job Description


ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Klaviyo Expert)

Location: Open to candidates from Latin America and South Africa

Hours Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Time Zone: 9am–5pm EST

Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience


About Company and Role

The company is a premium email marketing agency working exclusively with serious 7 and 8 figure D2C eCommerce brands. The agency focuses on high-quality partnerships, not volume, providing strategic retention marketing through Klaviyo.


You will manage 6 high-value client accounts, owning strategy, communication, and execution. This is a senior, client-facing role where Klaviyo expertise and strong English communication are essential. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and Klaviyo technicians to deliver top-tier results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 6 D2C eCommerce client accounts
  • Lead Klaviyo strategy, segmentation, and campaign planning
  • Create monthly content calendars and campaign angles
  • Create and optimized email flows and pop-up forms
  • Generate copy drafts using AI workflows and oversee revisions
  • Manage all client communication through Slack, email, and Zoom
  • Coordinate with designers and guide assets through Figma reviews
  • Oversee project flow in Airtable from ideation to deployment
  • Ensure campaigns are approved, built in Klaviyo, and sent on schedule
  • Provide strategic recommendations to drive retention and revenue
  • Act as the main point of contact responsible for client satisfaction and performance


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Expert-level Klaviyo experience (required)
  • 3+ years in email marketing or digital marketing agencies
  • 2+ years in Account Management/Project Management roles relevant to email or digital marketing
  • Strong English communication; clear articulation (C1-C2 English Level required with little to no accent)
  • Success managing client accounts in an agency environment
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Airtable, and Outlook
  • Experience coordinating designers and technical teams
  • Ability to manage deadlines and own the full campaign lifecycle
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with other ESPs (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Omnisend)
  • Familiarity with Figma for collaboration with designers (designer use Figma)
  • Past D2C eCommerce brand experience
  • Background working with distributed teams across Latin America and South Africa
