What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a servant-leader for an Agile team, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and facilitating continuous improvement
• Conduct process analysis and optimization to document business processes and workflows
• Manage requirements gathering and act as a liaison between operational users and technical teams
• Create and maintain project timelines, identifying and managing risks against project goals
• Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring productive meetings and effective team collaboration
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong leadership skills and experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira strongly preferred
• Certified Scrum Master
• SAFe certified
