About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Designer, Web (contract) to join our marketing team at Tremendous. This role is primarily focused on web-based design projects, supporting the creation and enhancement of our digital assets, including landing pages, website components, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate closely with marketing, art direction, and engineering teams to translate messaging into compelling visual solutions that align with our brand identity. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing web assets, creating original UI illustrations in our brand style, and managing projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency across our web presence, digital advertising, and internal design systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working within tight timelines while communicating progress effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Tremendous’s growth and visibility through innovative web and brand design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a web, visual, or brand designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and branding projects
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Solid understanding of current web technologies, design principles, and user interface best practices
• Digital illustration skills, particularly vector graphics
• Experience designing for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and incorporate feedback effectively
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web-focused marketing assets, including landing pages, website components, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing team to translate messaging and concepts into engaging visual designs
• Work closely with art directors, marketing professionals, and engineers to bring web projects to life
• Create original UI illustrations that align with brand style guidelines
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines
• Support brand consistency across web, digital advertising, and internal design systems
• Maintain and update design libraries and component systems in Figma
• Communicate project progress regularly and incorporate feedback constructively
