Product Designer (Fintech/Proptech)

As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in defining the look, feel, and usability of our platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design solutions that simplify complex financial and investment workflows. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the European Union.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile products—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Translate complex real estate investment workflows into user-friendly digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on product improvements.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends in UX/UI, design tools, and proptech.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in fintech, proptech, or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights into design solutions.
• Ability to design with a systems-thinking mindset, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Must be based in the EU with eligibility to work in the European Union.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with investment or financial products.
• Familiarity with real estate platforms or data visualization.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React).
